The med countries have one the lousiest class of politians in Europe, who basicly screw everything they touch. They are corrupt (get loads of kickbacks, keep meddling in the affairs of the biggest companies), incompetent (don't have a clue about running a country, they are just there for the money/power of the job) and the worse (why greece ended up like this), they can actually make their citiziens believe they can just sit back, relax, have endless economic help and have a Northern Europe/ North America Stardard of living with no real effort at all. This is the biggest and saddest joke of it all.
